Arcanai is a closed species, therefore meaning you must participate and be granted a MYO slot. You cannot make your own without one. This TOS refers to the rules behind owning an Arcanai and what you can do when it comes to trading, reselling, etc. Failure to follow these rules may result in corrective actions being taken. This starts as a warning but may lead to blacklisting from the species entirely.

Ownership
✦ You own all personal, non-commercial rights to your character. Arcanai owns the commercial rights to the species, but not your unique OC itself.
✦ With your character you can develop them however you want, within or outside the species group itself.

MYO Slots
✦ MYO Slots designs are not official designs until they are approved and added to the masterlist.

Designing & Edits
✦ Small alterations are accepted without usage of an item. Slight hue changes, small marking add/removal, etc. However, anything larger you must purchase the design edit items in our shop.
✦ Usage of different forms outside of the Arcanai universe is absolutely acceptable.
✦ We do not condone any copyrighted material being used as an Arcanai design.
✦ Unofficial Designs are allowed to be made but cannot be sold in any way. They may be gifted for future design creation.

Voiding / Revoking / Blacklist
✦ You are allowed to void your character from Arcanai if you wish to do so. If you void your character, you must remove any Arcanai affiliation with them.
✦ Users who are banned / blacklisted may retain their owned characters however cannot obtain anymore. If a banned user wishes to trade/resell/gift they must contact our Admins.
